These terms are the agreement between you and Mehmet Fatih Demirci ("we", "us") for the Noomi app. By using Noomi you accept them. If you do not, do not use the app.
Noomi recommends films and television based on what you tell us about your taste. Recommendations are opinions, not facts. Match scores are our estimate of how likely you are to enjoy something — they are not a promise.
You need an account for your taste profile to persist. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not use the app if you are under 13 years old.
The advisor and the curator are powered by a large language model. They can be wrong, they can misremember, and they can describe a title inaccurately. Do not rely on them for anything that matters — including content warnings and age suitability. Verify anything important yourself.
Do not send anything to the advisor that you would not want stored on our servers.
Do not: use the app to break the law; attempt to access other users' data; scrape, resell or redistribute our catalogue or recommendations; reverse engineer the service except where the law permits; or abuse the AI features to generate content unrelated to films and television.
We may suspend or terminate an account that does any of the above.
Title metadata, artwork, ratings and streaming availability come from third parties including TMDB, JustWatch and OMDb, and remain the property of their owners. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Streaming availability is provided by JustWatch and may be out of date or wrong for your region.
Everything else in the app — the taste engine, the interface, the writing — is ours. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it, nothing more.
Your ratings and notes stay yours. You give us the licence we need to store them and to run the service — nothing beyond that. We do not publish them.
The app is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will be available without interruption, that recommendations will suit you, or that catalogue data will be accurate.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects consumer rights you have in your own country.
You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings. We can end it if you break these terms.
Apple is not a party to this agreement and has no obligation to provide support for Noomi. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes will be heard in the courts of Ordu, Türkiye. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live, including the right to bring a claim there.
